Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou dvojího státního občanství (bipolitismu), a to z pohledu práva mezinárodního, evropského a českého. Obsah práce je zaměřen jak na obecný výklad institutů státního občanství a bipolitismu, tak i na jednotlivé, dílčí otázky s nimi související.
Abstract:
The work is dealing with the problem of dual citizenship(bipolitism), namely from the view of International, European anf Czech law. The content of the work is focused both on interpretation of the citizenship and bipolitism in general and on partial questions relating in particular.
