Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá autoimunitními hemolytickými anémiemi, především se zaměřuje na autoimunitní hemolytickou anémii s tepelnými protilátkami (WAIHA). V úvodní části je popsána membrána erytrocytu, vznik a zánik erytrocytu, protilátky a antigeny. Následně se práce věnuje jednotlivým typům autoimunitních hemolytických anémií. This bachelor thesis deals with the autoimmune haemolytic anaemias. The thesis focuses predominantly on description of warm autoimmune haemolytic anaemia (WAIHA). In the introduction part, the cell membrane, formation and destruction of red blood cells, including their antigens and corresponding antibodies is described.
