Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přiblížení procesu auditu účetní závěrky v akciové společnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje významu auditu, jeho právní úpravě a popisu jednotlivých fází auditu. V praktické části je představena konkrétní společnost, které se audit týká a popis průběhu auditu účetní závěrky
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis is focused on approach to audit process statement in stock company. Theoretical part is dedicated to mening of audit – it´s legislative and description of individual parts of audit. There is introduced specific company in practical part, which deals about audit and description of the process of financial statements.
