Typology of communication forms the municipality of the county town and rating by the civil public
Abstract:
Komunikace veřejné správy s veřejnsotí je citlivé téma, protože zde dochází ke kontaktu státu a občana. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné profesionálního jednání úředníků, protože to jsou právě oni, kdo reprezentují stát. Cílem této práce je teoreticky popsat problematiku komunikace a zhodnotit poznatky provedeného empirického šetření.
Abstract:
Communication between public administration and the public is a sensitive issue because there is an interaction of state and citizens. Therefore it is necessary professional conduct of civil servants, because they are the ones who represent the state. The aim of this work is to describe theoretically the problems of communication and evaluate the findings amde by empirical research.
