Microclimate in cattle stables - options for eliminating heat stress

Abstract:

Technická řešení stájových objektů musí reagovat na požadavky zvířat z hlediska druhu a kategorie. Zajištění mikroklimatických požadavků by mělo být zajištěno s minimální energetickou náročností, bez negativního dopadu na životní prostředí. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout stáj pro odchov mladého dobytka, v podmínkách Vysočiny, u které budou modelově testovány varianty technických řešení ve vztahu k mikroklimatickým parametrům stáje. Bylo potvrzeno, že projektová příprava a matematické modelování může být užitečným nástrojem při přípravě podkladů pro projektovou dokumentaci. Z provozního sledování navržené a realizované stáje je zřejmé, že výsledky modelových výpočtů jsou využitelné a měly by předcházet vlastní výstavbě. Dále bylo potvrzeno, že přirozené větrání může pro odchov jalovic v podmínkách Vysočiny vyhovující.

Abstract:

Technical solutions for stable buildings must respond to the requirements of the animals in terms of species and category. Microclimate requirements should be ensured with minimal energy consumption, without adverse environmental impact. This study aimed to design a stable for rearing heifers in the region Vysočina, where variants of technical solutions about the microclimatic parameters of the stable will be model tested. It was confirmed that project preparation and mathematical modelling could help prepare materials for project documentation. From the operational monitoring of the designed and realized stable, it is clear that the results of the model calculations are usable and should precede the actual construction. Furthermore, it was confirmed that natural ventilation could be suitable for rearing heifers in the conditions of the Vysočina.
