Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Identifikace potřeb uživatelů služby Nízkoprahového denního centra a Terénních programů“ rozebírá problematiku bezdomovectví v regionu Kutná Hora. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou bezdomovectví včetně jeho forem a příčin. Klade pozornost na sociální práci s bezdomovci, uvádí přehled sociálních zařízení a služeb v nich poskytovaných, zmiňuje legislativu dotýkající se této oblasti. Blíže popisuje životní styl těchto lidí na ulici, kde člověk ztrácí soukromí a možnost uspokojit základní potřeby. Praktická část je věnována úspěšnosti v naplňování potřeb osob bez domova, jejich návrat z ulice zpět do společnosti, strategii snižování rizik a prevencí sociálně patologických jevů v rámci podpory služby Nízkoprahového denního centra a Terénních programů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis on the topic „Identification of the needs of users of the Low-threshold Day Centre and Field Programs“ deals with the issue of homelessness in the Kutná Hora region. The theoretical part covers general characteristics of homelessness, including its forms and causes. It focuses attention on social work with homeless people, presents an overview of social institutions and the services they provide, and touches on the legislation applying to this area. It gives a more detailed description of the lifestyle of these people on the street, where a person loses privacy and the chance of satisfying basic needs. The practical part is devoted to the success rate achieved in meeting the needs of people without homes, their return from the street back to society, strategies for risk reduction and the prevention of pathological social effects in the framework of the support services of the Low-Threshold Day Centre and Field Program.
