Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení pojmu outsourcing, představení důvodů a rizik implementace outsourcingu. Komparace a identifikace rozdílů ve společnosti využívající outsourcingu podpůrných služeb a společnosti, která tohoto outsourcingu nevyužívá.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to determine the term outsourcing, introduce reasons and risks of outsourcing implementation. Comparison and identification of differences between a company using outsourcing as a supporting services and a company, which does not use the outsourcing.
