Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Strategie rozvoje firmy“ je tvorba strategie rozvoje konkrétního podniku. Východiskem práce je strategická analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, pomocí níž jsou zachyceny a popsány nejdůležitější vlivy působící na daný podnik.
