Cílem diplomové práce bylo především vytvořit ucelený přehled o současné právní úpravě, která se týká vydědění a ochrany nepominutelných dědiců. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol: Nepominutelný dědic, Vydědění, Ochrana nepominutelného dědice. V první kapitole se zabývám osobou nepominutelného dědice. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legislation concerning disinheritance and protection of forced heirs. The thesis is divided into three main chapters: Forced Heir, Disinheritance, Protection of Forced Heir.
