Cieľom práce je získané informácie zosumarizovať, zistiť úroveň znalostí a vedomostí o problematike lepku a vyhodnotiť ponuku jedál v gastronomických prevádzkach. Bakalárska práca slúži ako všeobecný prehľad pre každého, koho vplyv lepku a ochorenie celiakie zaujíma.
