Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě srovnání penzijních systémů ve vybraných zemí EU navrhnout doporučení pro český důchodový systém. V teoretické části jsou vymezena specifika penzijních systémů v České republice, Švédsku a Rakousku. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations for the Czech pension system based on a comparison of pension systems in selected EU countries. In the theoretical part, the specifics of pension systems in the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Austria are defined.
