This project deals about influence of French gastronomy on Czech cuisine. The goal of my bachelor project is to clarify, how much has been appreciated and used the principles of French gastronomy in Czech cuisine and based on eight interviews with selected experts on gastronomy to find out and recommended the measures for improvements of current condition of Czech cuisine. Táto práca sa zaoberá Vplyvom francúzskej gastronómie na českú kuchyňu.
