Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zaměřit se na pracovní spokojenost středoškolských učitelů v rámci Zlínského kraje a také zjistit souvislost pracovní spokojenosti s pohlavím, délkou praxe a druhem školy, na které pedagog působí.
