This thesis analysis an influence of conflict lines to coaliton potential of HZDS before the 1998 and 2006 elections. Thesis is based on theory of conflict lines followed up by theory of conflict lines of transformation. Práca analyzuje vplyv konfliktných línií na koaličný potenciál HZDS pred parlamentnými voľbami 1998 a 2006. Vychádza z teórie konfliktných línií a na ňu nadväzujúcej teórie konfliktných línií transformácie.
