Kašel je jedním ze základních fyziologických mechanismů, díky kterému je zajištěna hygiena dýchacích cest. U pacientů s výrazným oslabením dýchacích svalů mohou být postiženy všechny 3 fáze kašle: inspirační, glotická i exspirační. V rámci rehabilitace a hygieny dýchacích cest lze volit buď konvenční airway clearance techniques, nebo speciální techniky založené na podpoře nádechových i výdechových …more
Abstract:
Cough is one the basic physiological mechanisms which ensures the hygiene of the airways. In patients with considerably weak respiratory muscles, all three phases of the cough cycle can be affected, i.e. the inspiratory phase, the compression phase, and the expiratory phase.
