Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení a odměňování v konkrétním podniku, které jsou velmi důležité pro budoucí činnost podniku. Hodnocení práce a pracovníků patří mezi nejdůležitější činnosti vedoucích pracovníků.
