Opening accounting when transfering from an individual business to a legal person.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na přechod z fyzické osoby na právnickou osobu. Cílem práce je konkrétně vysvětlit postup zavedení účetnictví nové společnosti s ručením omezeným, jež vznikne z individuálního podnikání. Teoretická část charakterizuje práva a povinnosti spojené s těmito formami podnikání a následně uvádí, jaké způsoby je k transformaci možné zvolit. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci zvoleného způsobu transformace na konkrétním podniku a zobrazení otevření účetnictví nové společnosti s ručením omezeným. Závěrem této práce je pak konečné zhodnocení celého procesu transformace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the transition from an individual business to a corporation. The main aim of this thesis is to specifically explain the procedure of opening accounting in a new limited liability company. The theoretical part characterizes the rights and the obligations associated with these forms of business and then states what ways can be chosen for the transformation. In the practical part, the chosen method of transformation is applied to a specific company, showing the opening of the accounting of the new limited liability company. At the very end of the bachelor’s thesis is an evaluation of the transformation process.
