Tato práce se zabývá procesem zpracování požadavků na Service Desk velkého průmyslového podniku. Jejím cílem je navržení zlepšení tohoto podnikového procesu. This work deals with the processing requirements process in the Service Desk of a large industrial company. Its goal is to propose improvements of this process. An analysis of the current state of the process will take place before the improvement proposal itself is processed. The process mining is the main method used.
