Hladina transkriptu je v eukaryotických buňkách přísně regulována takzvaným systémem kontroly kvality RNA. Tato disertační práce se zaměřuje na dva důležité členy tohoto kontrolního mechanismu v Sacharomyces cerevisie – na Trf4/5-Air1/2-Mtr4 (TRAMP) polyadenylační komplex a Nrd1–Nab3–Sen1 (Nrd1) komplex. Abstract:
In eukaryotic cell, the production, maintenance and degradation of RNA molecules is strictly regulated by RNA surveillance system. This thesis is focused on two important members of this system in Sacharomyces cerevisie – Trf4/5-Air1/2-Mtr4 (TRAMP) polyadenylation complex and Nrd1–Nab3–Sen1 (Nrd1) complex.
