Protection of human embryo from the perspective of medical and penal law
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice ochrany lidského plodu se zaměřením na trestněprávní a medicínskou úpravu v České republice. Následně je srovnávána s právní úpravou ve Velké Británii. S ochranou lidského plodu velice souvisí umělé přerušení těhotenství a etické aspekty ovlivňující tuto problematiku.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of protection of a human fetus with a focus on penal and medical treatment in the Czech republic. Then it is compared with the legislation of the Great Britain. It is abortion and ethical aspects which is closely related to the protection of a human fetus.
