Kvalita biotopů a její využití pro stanovení stupně ohrožení cévnatých rostlin české flóry na příkladu modelových skupin

The habitats quality and its use for assesment the degree of threat to Czech flora vascular plant species (model groups)

Abstract:

Důležitými zdroji informací v oblasti ochrany přírody jsou červené seznamy, které definují stupeň ohrožení jednotlivých druhů organizmů. Pro tvorbu červených seznamů cévnatých rostlin se v praxi jen velmi omezeně využívá posouzení kvality biotopů, ve kterých se dané druhy vyskytují. Přitom je tento parametr pro určení stupně jejich ohrožení obvykle zcela zásadní. Pro území České republiky jsou k dispozici data o kvalitě biotopů. Tato data byla získána při terénním mapování biotopů v letech 2000–2019 v rámci projektu Natura 2000. Cílem této práce je návrh na využití dat o kvalitě biotopů pro stanovení stupně ohrožení jednotlivých druhů cévnatých rostlin a pro sestavení národního červeného seznamu. Pro tuto studii bylo vybráno devět druhů: Cardamine matthioli, Carex appropinquata, C. cespitosa, C. lepidocarpa, Gratiola officinalis, Rosa agrestis, R. micrantha, R. spinosissima a Teucrium scordium. Pro tyto druhy byla analyzována míra kvality biotopů, ve kterých se v ČR vyskytují a byly vytvořeny síťové mapy, které znázorňují (1) míru znalostí o kvalitě biotopů, (2) průměrnou kvalitu těchto biotopů. Dále byla vymezena skupina 54 taxonů rodu Carex, ta byla podle počtu výskytů rozdělena do několika podskupin a v rámci nich byla analyzována míra kvality biotopů. Výsledky byly porovnány se stupněm jejich ohrožení v současném národním červeném seznamu. Analýza kvality biotopů by měla být v budoucnu využita také pro detekci ohrožených druhů rostlin, které v současné době nejsou v červeném seznamu. Cíleně by měla být shromažďována data o kvalitě biotopů u druhů, u kterých dosud chybí nebo jsou neúplná a mohou být využita při sestavení dalšího aktualizovaného Červeného seznamu cévnatých rostlin České republiky.

Abstract:

Important sources of information in the field of nature protection are red lists, which define the degree of threat to individual species of organisms. In practice, an assessment of the quality of the habitats in which a species occurs is used to a very limited extent in the preparation of red lists of vascular plants. At the same time, this parameter is usually essential to determine their degree of threat. At present, habitat quality data are available for the territory of the Czech Republic; these were obtained during Natura 2000 habitat mapping in the years 2000–2019. This paper proposes the use of habitat quality data to determine the degree of threat to selected species of vascular plants and to compile a national Red List. Nine plant species were selected for this study: Cardamine matthioli, Carex appropinquata, C. cespitosa, C. lepidocarpa, Gratiola officinalis, Rosa agrestis, R. micrantha, R. spinosissima and Teucrium scordium. For these species, the quality of the habitats in which they occur was analysed and grid maps were created, which present (1) the level of knowledge of habitat quality, (2) the average habitat quality. The level of knowledge of the habitat quality was also determined. Furthermore, a group of 54 taxa of the genus Carex was defined, which was divided into several subgroups according to the number of occurrences, and within them the degree of habitat quality was analyzed. The results were compared with the degree of threat in the current national Red List. Habitat quality analysis should also be used in the future to detect threatened species which today are outside the red list. Habitat quality data which is currently missing or incomplete for some species should be supplemented. This assessment may be useful in compiling another updated Red List of vascular plants of the Czech Republic.
