Práce se zabývá testováním antimikrobiálního účinku nejčastěji používaných antiseptik. V první části je popsán přirozený způsob hojení ran a faktory komplikující tento proces. Jsou zde popsána a charakterizována jednotlivá antiseptika, která se běžně používají při léčbě chronických ran. Abstract:
The work deals with testing of antimicrobial effect of the most commonly used antiseptics. The first part describes the natural way of wound healing and the factors that complicate this process. Individual antiseptics that are commonly used in the treatment of chronic wounds are described and characterized.
