Abstract:

Racemický alfa-methylfenylalanin byl připraven z benzaldehydu čtyřstupňovou syntézou. Z L-?-methylDOPA byla připravena L-O,O-dimethyl-alfa-methylDOPA, ze které byl třemi postupy připraven příslušný amid. Všechny produkty a meziprodukty byly charakterizovány s využitím spektroskopických metod.

Abstract:

Racemic alfa-methylphenylalanine has been prepared from benzaldehyde in four steps. L-O,O-Dimethyl-?-methylDOPA has been prepared from L-alfa-methylDOPA and has been transformed to corresponding amide by different methods. All of the prepared compounds and the intermediates have been characterized by means of spectroscopic techniques.
