Abstract:
Předkládaná práce je pokusem o ediční zpracování části smolné knihy, která vznikla z činnosti hrdelního soudu ve městě Chlumci nad Cidlinou. V edici jsou obsaženy zápisy z let 1600–1620. Jedná se o poměrně reprezentativní vzorek obsahu celé knihy – součástí edice jsou všechny typy zápisů, s kterými se lze v této smolné knize setkat – hrdelní reversy vyšetřovaných, záznamy z útrpných výslechů, rozhodnutí …more
Abstract:
The presented work is a trial for an edition of a part of a book of capital sentences which arised from activities of the criminal court in the town Chlumec nad Cidlinou. There are the records of 1600–1620 within the edition. It is a quite representative sample of the contents of the whole book–all types of records which is possible to find in the book–documents about reprieves of detainees, records …more
