Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení vlivu investice formou private equity a venture kapitálu na rozvoj podniku na základě metod finanční analýzy. Cílová společnost ISAN radiátory, s.r.o. je analyzována pomocí metod finanční analýzy a vývoj těchto ukazatelů v průběhu realizací investic PE/VC je zaznamenán v závěrečném hodnocení, kde se také nachází posouzení vlivu těchto investic na rozvoj společnosti.

Bacheor thesis is focused on assessing the impact of investments by private equity and venture capital for business development based on the methods of financial analysis.
