Rehabilitation plan and procedure for patients with spastic paraparesa and plegia caused by spinal cord injury
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na traumatické poranění páteře a míchy. V obecné části je popsána anatomie, fyziologie páteře a míchy spolu s patofyziologií, způsobenou míšní lézí. Speciální část se zabývá možnostmi ucelené rehabilitace po úraze páteře a míchy, s důrazem na léčebnou rehabilitaci. Součástí práce je i kazuistika pacientky po traumatickém poranění páteře v úrovni L1.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis is focused on traumatic injury of spine and spinal chord. The general part deals with description of anatomy and physiology of spine and spinal chord together with pathophysiology caused by spinal chord lesions.
