Tato diplomová práce se zabývá počítačovou kriminalitou. Úvodem je vymezen samotný pojem počítačové kriminality spolu s pojmy souvisejícími. This thesis deals with cybercrime. First, it defines concept of cybercrime, along with related concepts. Furthermore the thesis describes formation and evolution of cybercrime and its characteristics. The thesis also presents the international legal framework of cybercrime.
