Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit cestu pohledávky insolvenčního věřitele v rámci konkursního řízení. Obsah této práce je realizován v souvislosti s historickými souvislostmi konkursního řízení, přes obecnou část týkající se přihlášek pohledávek včetně jejich přezkumu a též je zde část věnovaná popěrným úkonům insolvenčního správce. The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the path of the insolvency creditor's claim in bankruptcy proceedings.
