Předmětem bakalářské práce je dokumentární akreditiv a jeho vztah k Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží (Vídeňská Úmluva). Především se jedná o analýzu problematiky platební podmínky a povinnosti platit podle Vídeňské Úmluvy.
