Abstract:

ÚVOD Téma bakalářské práce pojednává o problematice "Ergoterapie v geriatrii". CÍL PRÁCE Cílem bakalářské práce je pojednat o využití ergoterapie v geriatrii, konkrétně u osob s AN v domově pro seniory, a seznámit veřejnost s teoretickými a praktickými poznatky týkající se této problematiky. METODY Zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s Alzheimerovou nemocí. Na základě výběru klienta, anamnézy, vstupního vyšetření, které zahrnuje pozorování, testování a rozhovory. Dále vypracování krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu pro klientku se středním stádiem Alzheimerovy nemoci. VÝSLEDEK Provedení výstupního vyšetření a zhodnocení úspěšnosti ergoterapeutických intervencí porovnáním výsledků ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Stanovení vhodného dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. DISKUZE A ZÁVĚR Závěrečné zhodnocení spolupráce s klientkou. Zamyšlení nad současnou situací u osob s demencí. Doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

BACKGROUND The topic of the bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of "Occupational Therapy in Geriatrics". THE AIM OF THE WORK The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to discuss the use of occupational therapy in geriatrics, specifically for people with AN in a home for the elderly, and to acquaint the public with theoretical and practical knowledge related to this issue. METHODS Elaboration of a case report of a patient with Alzheimer's disease. Based on client selection, medical history, initial examination, which includes observation, testing and interviews. Furthermore, the development of a short-term occupational therapy plan for a client with moderate Alzheimer's disease. RESULT Execution of the final examination and evaluation of the success of occupational therapy interventions by comparing the results of the initial and final examination. Determination of a suitable long-term occupational therapy plan. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION Final evaluation of cooperation with the client. Reflections on the current situation in people with dementia. Recommendations for practice.
