Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na edukaci pacientů s onemocněním celiakie. Celiakie je autoimunitní onemocnění, kdy nemocný trpí nesnášenlivostí lepku, a proto je výživa celiaků důležitým prvkem pro zpomalení či zastavení nástupu komplikací. The bachelor thesis is focused on the education of patients with celiac disease. Coeliac disease is an autoimmune disease where the patient suffers from gluten intolerance, therefore nutrition of celiac patients is an important element to slow down or stop the onset of complications.
