Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dodavatelského řetězce ve výrobním podniku. Cílem práce je navrhnout systém Supply Chain Managementu ve zvolené společnosti, vypracovat podklady pro vznik skladu výrobků, systém provozu skladu a jeho zavedení do současného výrobního řetězce. Tento návrh je reakcí na obchodní strategii podniku.
Abstract:
This thesis is focussed on issues concerning the Supply Chain within the manufacturing plant. It is aimed at designing a system of Supply Management, inclusive of the preparation of background documentation and procedures for the warehousing of products and warehouse operational systems.
