Abstract:
Faktem je, že trend stárnoucí populace stoupá rychlým tempem. Velká část starých lidí potřebuje pomoc od druhých. V ideálním případě by tuto pomoc měla poskytnout rodina, pokud to však není možné, přebírá tuto roli stát, a to prostřednictvím poskytovaných sociálních služeb. The fact is that the of ageing population is growing at a rapid pace. A large amount of old people need help from others. Ideally, this assistance should be provided by the family, if it is not possible, the state takes the role over through the social service.
