Assessment of The Impact of Lighting on Safety and Health at Work in a Selected Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl posoudit vliv osvětlení na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části byly popsány základní pojmy zejména ze zdravotního hlediska. Diplomová práce řešila problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci se zaměřením na osvětlení a zrakovou zátěž. V závěru teoretické části byly zmíněny zdravotní testy. Byl popsán proces řízení rizik, cíle a metody diplomové práce. Praktická část zahrnovala představení firmy a následné měření intenzity osvětlení pracoviště, rozhovory s odborníky, Check list, dotazníkové šetření a jeho zpracování ,kalkulace, rozpočty a skórovací metoda s mapou rizik. V samotném závěru praktické části bylo zpracováno nové měření. Ze závěrečného měření vyplývá, že v rámci projektu došlo ke zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to assess the impact of Lighting on occupational safety and Health in the chosen organisation. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts were described in particular from a Health point of view. The thesis addressed occupational Health and safety issues with a focus on Lighting and visual loading. Health tests were mentioned at the end of the theoretical section. The risk management process, objectives and methods described. The practical part included the company´s presentation and subsequent measurement of workplace Lighting intensity, interviews with experts, a Check list, a questionnaire investigation and its processing, calculations, budgets and scoring method with risk map. At the very end of the practical part, a new measurement was made. The final measurement shows that the current situation of the project has improved.
