Práce pojednává o vzpomínkách bývalých pracovníků na Ústředí vědeckých technických a ekonomických informací, které fungovalo od roku 1966 až do roku 1991, kdy se přeměnila tato instituce v NIS. V teoretické části práce je popsán vývoj soustavy VTEI v Československu a vznik a rozvoj ÚVTEI. This Bachelor’s thesis deals with memories of former workers from Central Office of Scientific Technological and Economical Information (in czech abbreviation UVTEI is used), that fuctioned from year 1966 until 1991, when this institution was changed into National Information Centre.
