Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mutismu u dětí předškolního a mladšího školního věku. Práce je zaměřena na popis specifických postupů při odbourávání mutismu u dětí, zejména při vstupu do základní školy. V teoretické části je vymezena obecná charakteristika mutismu, jeho etiologie a formy. Dále je zde popsána diagnostika a terapie mutismu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá psychickým a řečovým vývojem dítěte, komunikací, jazykovými rovinami řečí, průběhem socializace a sociální interakcí. Třetí kapitola popisuje reedukaci řeči u dítěte s mutismem, reedukační postupy, současná legislativní opatření a intervenci odborníků, je zde nastíněna prognóza. V praktické části je vymezen cíl diplomové práce a použité metody, charakteristika místa a zkoumaného vzorku, rodinná a osobní anamnéza dětí, dále je popsána analýza adaptace dětí s mutismem v mateřské škole a škole základní, edukační a intervenční přístupy k těmto dětem, vyhodnocení výzkumné práce a závěr. Cílem této práce je vytvořit ucelený náhled na problematiku mutismu a popis specifických postupů usnadňujících dítěti s mutismem přechod z mateřské školy do školy základní. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou dvě případové studie, které vznikly na základě participovaného pozorování, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči a s pedagogy a analýzy dokumentů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of mutism in preschool children and children of younger school age. The thesis is focused on the description of specific procedures in the degradation of mutism in children, particularly at the beginning of school attendance. The theoretical part defines the general characteristics of mutism, its ethology and forms. Describes the diagnosis of mutism and therapy. The second chapter deals with the child's psychological and speech development, communication, language levels of speech, the course of socialization and social interaction. The third chapter describes reeducation of speech in a child with mutism, reeducation procedures, current legislative measures and expert intervention and prognosis is outlined. In the practical part is defined the aim of the dilomon work and the used methods, the characteristics of the place and the sample examined, the family and personal anamnesis of the children, the analysis of the adaptation of children with mutism in the kindergarten and elementary school. The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of the issues of mutism and a description of the specific procedures facilitating the child with mutism, the transition from the kindergarten to the elementary school. The result of the diploma thesis is two case studies based on participated observation, semi-structured interviews with parents and educators and document analyzes.
