Tato práce se zabývá problematikou měření a zpracování optických emisních spekter. Měření bylo prováděno na čtyřech spektrometrech s konfigurací Czerny-Turner. V práci je popsán postup měření kalibrační křivky spektrometru, přičemž velký důraz je kladen na posouzení vlivu kalibrace na naměřená spektra a následně na výpočet rotační, vibrační a elektronové teploty. This thesis focuses on measuring and processing optical emission spectra. The measurement was performed on four spectrometers with the Czerny-Turner configuration.
