Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnávaním možností rozhodovania orgánov obchodných spoločností. V prvej kapitole je vysvetlená podstata a právne postavenie obchodných spoločností. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na jednotlivé obchodné spoločnosti a rozhodovanie ich orgánov, zároveň jednotlivé možnosti rozhodovania sú porovnávané.
