Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá daňovými a účetními specifiky u vybraných právních forem podnikání v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit specifika u konkrétní akciové společnosti, která sídlí v České republice a evropské akciové společnosti, která má sídlo v Německu a následně zjištěné rozdíly dále interpretovat. This bachelor's thesis deals with the tax and accounting specifics of selected legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to find out the specifics of a specific joint-stock company that is based in the Czech Republic and a European joint-stock company that has its seat in Germany, and then further interpret the differences found.
