Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku výživy a pitného režimu ve sportovním lezení. Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo poukázat na důležitost role výživy a pitného režimu u sportovních lezců. Bakalářská práce popisuje sportovní lezení, což je stále více oblíbená sportovní disciplína provozovaná širokou veřejností. Popisuje energetickou potřebu organismu, možnosti měření energetického výdeje a zabývá se také možnostmi měření tělesné složky. Dále shrnuje poznatky o sportovní výživě, popisuje základní živiny, vitaminy, minerální látky, pitný režim a doplňky výživy. Je založena na základě studia odborné literatury a zpracována pod vedením doc. Mgr. Hany Cídlové, Dr.

Abstract:

This bachelor task is about problems of nutrition and drinking regime of sport climbers. This bachelor refer to important part of nutrition and drinking regime in sport climbing. My thesis describes the sport climbing, currently it is still much favoured sport event practised by the general public. In inquires into energy needs of the human body, measurement of energy expenditure and physical components. Futher on, the thesis summarizes information about sport nutrition, essential nutrients, vitamins, mineral substances, drinks and nutritional supplements. This thesis is established on the basic of studying of specialist literature and it is compiled under the lead doc. Mgr. Hany Cídlové, Dr.
