Bill of Exchange as a Payment Tool

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat úlohu směnek ve finančním sektoru. Jsou zmíněny různé druhy směnek a velká pozornost je věnována zejména platebním směnkám. Práce také obsahuje rozsáhlý popis problematiky zápisů na směnce a úkonů, které lze se směnkami provádět. Praktická část se zabývá způsoby použití směnky v praxi a uvádí konkrétní příklady směnečných formulářů, se kterými se můžeme nejčastěji setkat.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s paper describes the role of the Bill of Exchange/Promissory Note in the financial sector. We mention the different types of the bill and we pay a great attention mainly to the bills that are used as a payment tool. The paper also contains a detailed description of the notes written on the Bill of Exchange/Promissory Note and of operations which can be done with them. The practical part deals with the ways the Bill of Exchange/Promissory Note can be used and presents concrete examples of forms that we can come across.
