Psychologické souvislosti vnímání času pacientů při čekání na ošetření na nízkoprahovém urgentním příjmu

Psychological context of patients perception of time while waiting for treatment at low-threshold emergency admission
Abstract:
V teoretické části této bakalářské práce se věnuji fungování vyšetření na nízkoprahovém urgentním příjmu FN Bohunice Brno, jaké jsou důvody délky čekací doby a jistými základy a specifikami komunikace s pacienty. V praktické části pak zjišťuji, jak pacienti čekání na ošetření vnímají, zda chápou a je jim vysvětleno, proč musí čekat a co si myslí, že v mezičase dělají zdravotníci.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of this bachelor’s thesis, I deal with how examination on low-threshold emergency admission work, what are the reasons for waiting times and with specific of communication with patients. In the practical part I found out how patients perceive waiting for treatment, if they understand, why they are waiting and what do they think medical workers are doing.
