Multigenerational Passive House

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rodinným třígeneračním domem v pasivním standardu navrženým během ateliérové tvorby. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou pasivních staveb, jejich prostředím i návrhem. Dále vegetačními střechami, jejich výhodami i nevýhodami. Tyto informace dodávají informace k ateliérové tvorbě i k návrhu variantních řešení zastřešeného stání pro automobily, kde je navrhována vegetační střecha. Aplikační část řeší posouzení energetické náročnosti rodinného třígeneračního domu v pasivním standardu. Součástí je také návrh variant zastřešeného stání pro automobily z architektonického, materiálového a konstrukčního hlediska při zohlednění principů environmentálních principů udržitelného rozvoje. Pro splnění cíle byl vypracován průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy a navrženy čtyři varianty zastřešeného stání pro automobily. Varianty byly posouzeny z hlediska ekonomického i environmentálního.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with a family three-generation house in a passive standard designed during studio work. The theoretical part deals with the issue of passive structures, their means, and design. Furthermore, vegetation roofs, their advantages, and disadvantages. This information provides information for the studio creation and design of variant solutions for covered parking for cars, where a vegetation roof is designed. The application part solves the assessment of the energy intensity of a family three-generation house in the passive standard. It also includes a proposal for a variant of covered parking space for cars from an architectural, material, and constructional point of view, taking into account the principles of environmental principles of sustainable development. To meet the objectives, a certificate of the energy performance of the building was prepared and four variants of covered parking space for cars were designed. The variants were assessed from an economic and environmental point of view.
