Celá bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku protiprávních činů v oblasti civilního letectví, zejména na teroristické útoky. Práce má jen teoretickou část, jelikož zde není na místě praktická část. Dle mého uvážení není vhodné, se lidí na toto téma nějakým způsobem vyptávat. This thesis is focused on the criminal acts against civil aviation, especially terrorist attacks. In this thesis there is only the theoretical part, because the practical part isn´t applicable.
