Abstract:
V srdci savců jsou exprimovány dvě izoformy těžkého řetězce myozinu – alfa (MHC alfa) a beta (MHC-beta). Jejich poměrná exprese koreluje s frekvencí kontrakce srdce. MHC-alfa je označován jako rychlý myozin s vyšší ATPázovou aktivitou, MHC-beta je označován jako pomalý myozin. Abstract:
In the mammalian heart two myosin heavy chain isoforms are expressed – alpha (MHC-alpha) and beta (MHC-beta). Their distribution is correlated to frequency of cardiac contraction. MHC-alpha is known as the fast myosin with higher ATPase activity, MHC-beta is known as the slow myosin.
