The European Administrative space

Abstract:

Evropský integrační proces, jehož výsledkem je nadnárodní společenství Evropská unie, probíhá téměř 70 let. Postupně jsou naplňovány různé cíle – společný hospodářský trh, společná měna, společná zemědělská a bezpečnostní politika atd. Jedním z významných integračních kroků byl také vznik evropského občanství. Každý občan členské země, má též občanství Evropské unie. Z tohoto vyplývá, že by měl mít prakticky stejné možnosti ve všech členských zemích, nejen v oblasti zaměstnání a studia, ale též možnost jednat s úřady státní správy a samosprávy. Je tedy zřejmé, že jedním z významných cílů evropské integrace musí být též sjednocení správních procesů jednotlivých členských zemí na takovou úroveň, aby např. dokumenty vydané v jedné zemi platily i v jiných státech EU. Cílem těchto snah je vytvoření jednotného evropského správního prostoru.

Abstract:

The European integration process, the result of which is the transnational community of the European Union, has been going on for almost 70 years. Gradually, the different objectives are fulfilled - the common economic market, the common currency, the common agricultural and security policy, One of the major integration steps was the emergence of European citizenship. Every citizen of a Member State also has the citizenship of the European Union. This implies that it should have virtually the same opportunities in all member states, not only in the field of employment and study, but also in the possibility of negotiating with state administration and self-government authorities. It is therefore clear that one of the important objectives of European integration must also be to unify the administrative processes of individual member states to such a level that, for example, documents issued in one country also apply in other EU countries. The aim of these efforts is to create a single European administrative area.
