Nejnovější výzkumy v oblasti transgenních buněčných linií naznačují, že změnou kultivačních podmínek lze dosáhnout zvýšení biochemické odpovědi a citlivosti biotestů využívajících těchto buněčných linií. Abstract:
The newest research about transgenic cell lines shows that the application of lowered incubation temperature can enhance a biochemical response in bioassays. Purpose of this bachelor thesis is the optimalization of incubation conditions for H4IIE-luc cell line. The optimalization experiments didn’t confirm the primary presumption.
