Loans and credits in the field of housing – comparison of building savings and mortgage credits

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl srovnání půjček a úvěrů v oblasti bydlení se zaměřením na srovnání stavebního spoření a hypotečních úvěrů. V první části se zaměřuji na trh stavebního spoření, jeho fungování a principy, úvěry a meziúvěry. Druhá část se zabývá úvěry poskytovanými hypotečními bankami a jejich charakteristikami. V třetí části srovnávám úvěry ze stavebního spoření a hypoteční úvěry, popisuji jejich společné rysy i rozdíly. Závěr této práce je věnován zhodnocení obou typů úvěrů a přístupu jednotlivých peněžních ústavů.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to compare loans with credits in the field of housing concentrating on the comparison of building savings and mortgage credits. In the first part I focus on the market with building savings, its principles and functions, credits and semicredits. The second part is concerned with credits provided by mortgage bank and their characteristics. In the third part I compare credits made from building savings and mortgage credits, I describe their similarities and differences. The summary is dedicated to the assesment of both of the types of the credits and the access of each financial centre.
