V první části své práce se zabývám teoretickou stránkou. Popisuji nejen samotnou historii franchisy a postup jejího vývoje jako jedné z forem podnikání, ale vysvětluji také znaky, formu a druhy franchisového podnikání a průběh zrodu franchisového podniku. In the first part of my work I present the theoretical aspect. I describe the history of the franchise and the process of its development as a form of business.
