Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce byla příprava substrátů na bázi stříbra a zlata pro účely povrchem zesílené Ramanovy spektroskopie. Jakožto substráty byly připraveny a testovány pro výše uvedené účely koloidní částice stříbra a zlata o různých velikostech. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to prepare substrates based on gold and silver for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. As substrates were prepared and tested for the aforementioned purposes colloidal particles of silver and gold of different sizes.
